The invention relates to a three-column combined foundation and an assembling method thereof.The three-column combined foundation comprises a lower-layer prefabricated block, a middle-layer prefabricated block, an upper-layer prefabricated block and three prefabricated columns, the lower-layer prefabricated block and the upper-layer prefabricated block each comprise a left-side prefabricated block and a right-side prefabricated block, and the middle-layer prefabricated block comprises a front-side prefabricated block and a rear-side prefabricated block; the bottom of the prefabricated column is fixed to the lower-layer prefabricated block, prefabricated column installation channels are formed in the middle-layer prefabricated block and the upper-layer prefabricated block, post-pouring concrete bodies are poured between the prefabricated column and the prefabricated column installation channels, and the left-side prefabricated block and the right-side prefabricated block are connected through a plurality of transverse prestressed tendons. The front-side precast block and the rear-side precast block are connected through a plurality of longitudinal prestressed tendons, and the lower-layer precast block, the middle-layer precast block and the upper-layer precast block are connected through a plurality of vertically-arranged screws.
