The invention provides a fabricated beam column which comprises four enclosing faces and two end faces, and the enclosing faces and the end faces are combined to form an integrated beam column. Wherein one enclosing surface is a bearing plate, the other three enclosing surfaces are sealing plates, and the end surface is an end flange plate; the end, close to the end flange plate, of the bearing plate is a sunken step. The fabricated beam column has the advantages that the fabricated beam column is integrally flat and free of protrusions after being assembled, the connecting pieces are arranged on the sunken steps or the end flange plates, and floor laying on the beam column is facilitated. In addition, the invention further provides an assembly method which has the advantages that the reworking probability is reduced, and manpower and material resources are saved.
本发明提出了一种装配式梁柱,包括四个围合面和两个端面,所述围合面以及端面组合形成一体式的梁柱;其中一个围合面为承压板,另外三个围合面为密封板,所述端面为端部法兰板;所述承压板靠近所述端部法兰板的端部为下沉式台阶。所述装配式梁柱的优点是,装配后整体平整无突起,连接件均设置在下沉的台阶或者端部法兰板上,有利于在梁柱上铺设地板。另外,本发明还提出了一种装配方法,优点是,降低返工概率,节约人力物力。
