The embodiment of the invention provides cable line laying, filling and compacting equipment which comprises a supporting frame arranged on a channel of a cable line to be filled, a power wheel set is arranged at one end, in the advancing direction, of the supporting frame, and a driven wheel set is arranged at the other end, in the advancing direction, of the supporting frame; the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the side surface of the supporting frame; the outer contour surface of the first rotating shaft is connected with the compaction roller; the second rotating shaft is connected with the first rotating shaft, and the outer contour surface of the second rotating shaft is connected with a cleaning brush; the axes of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are intersected; a limiting through groove is formed in the side face of the supporting frame. Excavating arms are movably connected into the limiting through grooves in a limiting mode, and excavating claws are arranged at the ends, away from the supporting frame, of the excavating arms; the limiting through groove is in front of the first rotating shaft in the advancing direction. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cable line can be automatically and quickly filled and compacted, and the filling and compacting efficiency of the cable line is improved.
