The concrete slab structure comprises a box body formed by splicing CFRP multi-box-groove type plates, the box body is provided with a filling groove used for containing fiber sea sand concrete, and the CFRP multi-box-groove type plates are provided with GFRP plates. The damage form of the concrete slab structure is that the GFRP layer firstly loses efficacy (is snapped) so as to provide failure early warning, and then the cross section stress redistribution, the CFRP and the fiber concrete with high ductility continue to bear load until the concrete layer is crushed into final damage. According to the concrete slab structure, materials are convenient to obtain, formworks are not needed, the compression resistance and tensile resistance are good, and economic benefits are prominent.
