The interface agent comprises a liquid component A and a powder component B, the liquid component A is pure acrylic emulsion and/or styrene-acrylic emulsion; the solid content of the liquid component A is 20-60%; the powder component B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 to 700 parts of cement; 200 to 800 parts of sand; 0.3 to 3.0 parts of a water repellent; 0.1 to 2.0 parts of a defoaming agent; 0.2 to 2.5 parts of cellulose ether; the mass ratio of the liquid component A to the powder component B is 1: (2.5-4.5). The adhesion agent can effectively guarantee adhesion with the surface of a steel structure base layer with an anti-corrosion coating, the synergistic strain capacity of the adhesion agent and a steel structure under the stress or temperature change condition is higher, the tensile adhesion strength is higher, and better durability is achieved. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the interface agent for the steel structure outer wall.
