The invention provides silicon oxide ceramic slurry containing a mullite whisker precursor and a preparation method and application of the silicon oxide ceramic slurry, the silicon oxide ceramic slurry comprises ceramic powder and photosensitive resin premixed liquid, and the addition amount of the ceramic powder is 40-65% of the total volume of the slurry; the ceramic powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80-90wt% of quartz glass powder; 5-15 wt% of a mineralizing agent; 3 to 12 wt% of aluminum fluoride; 1-3 wt% of a catalyst; the photosensitive resin premixed liquid comprises the following raw materials by weight: 30-60 wt% of a resin oligomer; 30 to 60 wt% of a resin monomer; 2 to 4 wt% of a photoinitiator; and 5-10 wt% of a dispersant. The introduction of the mullite whiskers can improve the interlayer strength and shrinkage rate of the ceramic core.
