The invention discloses silver paste for aluminum nitride ceramics. The silver paste comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of silver powder, 3-5% of glass powder and 15-37% of organic carrier, the silver powder is formed by mixing amorphous silver powder and spherical silver powder; the glass powder adopts a BaO-B2O3-SiO2-TiO2-ZnO material system, meanwhile, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) is added into a glass formula, and a trace amount of P and B elements are doped. The particle size distribution of the glass powder is concentrated, the softening temperature of the glass is 600-650 DEG C, the glass transition temperature is 700-750 DEG C, and the thermal expansion coefficient is 5.0-7.0 * 10 <-6 >/DEG C. The glass powder does not contain alkali metal ions, so that the prepared silver paste is low in loss; the glass powder adopts a glass bonding and chemical bond mixing mode, so that the prepared silver paste is high in adhesive force and resistant to aging.
本发明公开了一种氮化铝陶瓷用银浆,其重量百分比组成为:银粉60%~80%、玻璃粉3%~5%、有机载体15%~37%;所述银粉采用无定型银粉与球状银粉混合使用;玻璃粉采用BaO‑B2O3‑SiO2‑TiO2‑ZnO材料体系,同时在玻璃配方中加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),并掺入微量的P和B元素。本发明玻璃粉粒度分布集中,玻璃的软化温度在600~650℃之间,玻璃化温度在700~750℃之间,热膨胀系数在5.0~7.0×10‑6/℃。玻璃粉不含有碱金属离子,故制备银浆损耗小;该玻璃粉采用玻璃粘接与化学键混合方式,故制的银浆附着力高,耐老化。
