Novel waterproof coiled material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building waterproof materials, the waterproof coiled material comprises a porous modified asphalt layer; wherein the porous modified asphalt layers are positioned on the second layer and the fourth layer of the waterproof coiled material according to the sequence of the product structure from top to bottom; the porous modified asphalt layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of matrix asphalt A, 20-35 parts of matrix asphalt B, 8-12 parts of SBS, 1-2 parts of a plasticizer, 7-13 parts of a viscosity reducer, 10-14 parts of rubber, 2-4 parts of a foaming agent, 1-2 parts of a foaming promoter, 13-18 parts of a thermal insulation material and 13-18 parts of a proppant. By introducing the foaming agent, the proppant and the thermal insulation material, the heat conductivity coefficient of the modified asphalt can be greatly reduced, and the effect of the thermal insulation material is achieved; meanwhile, due to the introduction of the foaming agent, and the proppant and the thermal insulation material which replace common filler, the density of the modified asphalt can be greatly reduced, the production energy consumption is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the weight of the finished coiled material is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型防水卷材及其制备方法,涉及建筑防水材料技术领域,所述防水卷材包括多孔改性沥青层;其中,按照产品结构从上到下的顺序,所述多孔改性沥青层位于所述防水卷材的第二层和第四层;所述多孔改性沥青层的组分及重量分数包括:基质沥青A20‑35分、基质沥青B20‑35份、SBS8‑12份、增塑剂1‑2份、降粘剂7‑13份、橡胶10‑14份、发泡剂2‑4份、发泡助剂1‑2份、保温材料13‑18份和支撑剂13‑18份。本发明发泡剂、支撑剂、保温材料的引入都可以大幅降低改性沥青的导热系数,达到保温材料的效果;同时发泡剂的引入、以及替代普通填料的支撑剂和保温材料都可以大幅降低改性沥青的密度,降低生产能耗,提高生产效率,降低成品卷材的重量。
