The invention relates to the technical field of pavers, and particularly discloses an asphalt pavement pouring and paving all-in-one machine which comprises a paver main body, and a spiral distributor is arranged at the tail part of the paver main body; the two grooves are respectively positioned on two sides of the tail part of the paver main body; and the compensation mechanism is located on the inner wall of the groove, and the compensation mechanism can automatically convey asphalt to the two sides of the paver main body according to the change of the position of the paver main body, so that the asphalt pavement pouring and paving all-in-one machine increases quantitative asphalt to the two sides of the paver main body through the arranged compensation mechanism; and the asphalt increment on the inner side of the paver main body is less than that on the outer side, so that the paver main body does not need to run for a certain distance to be matched with readjustment of the feeding speed of the spiral distributor every time the paver main body moves outwards for a certain distance, the workload of workers is reduced, and the roundabout laying speed is increased.
