The invention discloses an anti-ultraviolet anti-glare panel and a preparation method thereof.The anti-ultraviolet anti-glare panel is of a multi-layer structure and comprises a first thin film layer, a middle layer and a second thin film layer; the middle layer is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by mass: 95 to 105 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 120 to 130 parts of glass fiber or basalt fiber yarn, 1 to 1.2 parts of an initiator, 0.5 to 1 part of a polymerization inhibitor, 8 to 10 parts of a cross-linking agent, 140 to 160 parts of filler, 2.5 to 3 parts of a thickening agent, 20 to 24 parts of a low-shrinkage additive, 3 to 4 parts of an internal release agent, 0.4 to 0.5 part of an anti-aging agent and 2 to 4 parts of an anti-ultraviolet additive; the first film layer and the second film layer comprise PE films or PP films. The uvioresistant anti-glare panel provided by the invention has good mechanical properties and uvioresistant performance, and is suitable for being used on highlands and highways in mountainous areas.
