The invention provides a preparation method of coal gangue-based high-strength ceramsite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and grinding coal gangue, steel slag, phosphogypsum or desulfurized gypsum; the crushed and ground coal gangue, steel slag and phosphogypsum or desulfurized gypsum are mixed according to a preset proportion to form a pelletizing raw material, the mass ratio of the coal gangue is 70%-90%, the mass ratio of the steel slag is 0-15%, and the mass ratio of the phosphogypsum or desulfurized gypsum is 5%-20%; mixing the pelletizing raw material with water according to a preset proportion; carrying out pelletizing treatment on the pelletizing raw materials mixed with the water to form green pellets; and drying and roasting the green pellets to form the ceramsite. By utilizing the method, the problems that in the prior art, when the ceramsite is prepared from the solid waste, the formula varieties are various, the coal gangue mixing amount is low, the ceramsite finished product performance is poor, and industrial application is difficult can be solved.
本发明提供一种煤矸石基高强陶粒的制备方法,包括:将煤矸石、钢渣、磷石膏或脱硫石膏进行破碎、粉磨处理;将破碎、粉磨处理后的煤矸石、钢渣、磷石膏或脱硫石膏按照预设比例混合,形成造球原料,其中,所述煤矸石的质量比为70%‑90%、所述钢渣的质量比为0‑15%、所述磷石膏或脱硫石膏的质量比为5%‑20%;将所述造球原料与水按照预设比例混合;对与水混合后的造球原料进行造球处理,形成生球;对所述生球进行干燥、焙烧,形成陶粒。利用本发明,能够解决现有技术中利用固废制备陶粒,配方种类繁多、煤矸石掺量较低、陶粒成品性能较差、难以工业化应用的问题。
