The movable seat is fixedly connected with a hydraulic rod, and one end of a movable rod of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with a fixed plate; electric push rods are fixedly arranged at two ends of the fixed plate in a penetrating connection manner; push plates are fixedly arranged at the upper ends of movable rods of the electric push rods; a transmission mechanism and a camera are fixedly arranged above each push plate; polishing and cleaning mechanisms are fixedly arranged on the transmission mechanisms in a connected mode, and the polishing and cleaning mechanisms can achieve the effect of polishing and cleaning the dust deposition positions of the box girder. By adopting the polishing and cleaning mechanism, dirt on the high-pier variable-cross-section box girder can be polished and cleaned when the high-pier variable-cross-section box girder is inspected, so that a damaged part and a crack part are exposed, and the inspection effect can be improved.
