The rack is fixed to the ground, the sliding frame is arranged on the rack in a sliding mode, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding frame to slide in the horizontal direction. The lifting part is slidably arranged on the sliding frame, the adjusting mechanism is used for driving the lifting part to ascend and descend, and the brushing ring is fixed to the lifting part. According to the split bolt hole plugging device, the plugging effect of split bolt hole plugging is improved.
