The sponge wrapping the outside of the vibrating ball makes contact with the formwork during vibration, the good cushioning effect is achieved, the vibration force is not too large, concrete is prevented from flowing out of gaps of the formwork, and therefore the light sensation quality of the concrete is good.
本发明公开了一种便携手握式混凝土模板振捣装置,包括振捣机体和振捣球,振捣球安装固定在振捣机体的前端位置上,振捣机体内置活塞式前后运动单导机芯,带动振捣球等距往复直线运动,从而达到振动效果。本发明通过振捣球的震动,作用在模板上,通过震动模板带动模板内混凝土更好的流动,使模板与混凝土中存在的空气排出,使混凝土分布均匀。振捣球外部包裹的海绵在震动时接触模板,起到良好的缓震作用,让震动力度不会过大,避免混凝土从模板缝隙中流出,从而使混凝土光感质量优良。
