A handheld attached concrete vibrating device comprises a handle (4), a vibrating body (1) and vibrating electromagnetic adsorption points (2 and 3). The handle is mounted on the vibrating body shell through a bolt and a handle fixing block (5); the electromagnetic adsorption vibrating points are arranged on the outer sides of the upper part and the lower part of the vibrating body; a main shaft with a polarization block and an electromagnetic adsorption disc are arranged in the vibrating body, and the vibrating body is adsorbed on a steel formwork of concrete to be vibrated through an electromagnetic adsorption vibrating point. The handle is of a hollow structure; and the handle is provided with an electromagnetic adsorption disc power switch (8), a vibrating body power switch (7) and a power line inlet (6). Electromagnetic adsorption is adopted for assisting hand holding and moving, the efficiency is high, the effect is good, due to the fact that the vibrator is small in size and light, timely operation can be conducted on any part of a formwork, the field use requirement is met, and the concrete construction quality is ensured.
