Method for dredging in offshore jacket foundation pile
The invention discloses a method for dredging in an offshore jacket foundation pile. A construction ship is equipped with an air compressor, a diesel generator, a horizontal water pump and a crawler crane; a simple diving station needs to be arranged on site and comprises a whole set of diving gas supply equipment, a professional decompression chamber, underwater communication equipment and image acquisition equipment. A water flushing and air lifting type desilting pipe is adopted, a high-pressure water pipe is additionally arranged on the basis of the air lifting type desilting pipe, high-pressure water flow sprayed out of a water pump scatters viscous silt in a pile, an air compressor supplies air into the desilting pipe, negative pressure is formed in a steel pipe, and therefore the silt in the pile is taken away; and the underwater position of the dredging pipe is adjusted at any time, and pile wall residues are cleaned. The problems that viscous sludge is difficult to clean and easy to remain can be effectively solved. During acceptance inspection, a measuring rope is adopted for multi-point measurement, and image data are collected through image acquisition equipment, so that the desilting quality can be effectively guaranteed, and stable proceeding of follow-up jacket installation and grouting operation is guaranteed.
一种用于海上导管架基础桩内清淤的方法,施工船舶配备空压机、柴油发电机、卧式水泵及履带吊;现场需设置简易潜水站,包括整套潜水供气设备、专业减压舱、水下通讯设备及影像采集设备;采用水冲+气升式清淤管,在气升式清淤管的基础上增加了高压水管,由水泵喷出的高压水流将桩内黏性淤泥冲散,空压机向清淤管内供气,钢管内形成负压从而将桩内淤泥带离,同时清淤过程中潜水员全程水下辅助,随时调整清淤管水下位置,同时清理桩壁残留。能够有效解决黏性淤泥难以清理、易残留的问题。验收时采用测绳多点测量并通过影像采集设备收集影像资料,能有效保证清淤质量,确保后续导管架安装与灌浆作业的平稳推进。
