The invention discloses a high-performance PVC fiber floor preparation method which comprises the following steps: lifting a PVC fiber floor semi-finished product to a conveyor belt, sucking the PVC fiber floor semi-finished product, and transferring the PVC fiber floor semi-finished product to a position transfer platform; the PVC fiber floor semi-finished product is conveyed to a longitudinal notch machine to be longitudinally machined; feeding to a transverse notch machine for transverse processing; the processed fiber floor is subjected to code spraying, dust is sucked, and then the fiber floor is conveyed to an evaluation table to be subjected to product quality evaluation; rejecting unqualified fiber floor products, and packaging qualified fiber floor products; and the packaged fiber floor product is temporarily stored in a storage device, and preparation of the high-performance PVC fiber floor is completed. The invention provides a full-automatic production process, and provides a high-performance and high-quality PVC fiber floor product; meanwhile, a brand-new mechanical arm device and a using method thereof are provided, and a brand-new storage device and a using method thereof are provided.
