The invention relates to a modular installation method of a pipeline truss of a heat recovery coke oven. Comprising the steps that two single trusses on the two sides of the bottom of the steel structure truss are assembled on the ground; hoisting to a platform with the interval of + 15m in place; mounting a cross beam at the bottom of the truss with the elevation of + 16m; cross beams with the elevation of + 21 m are installed at intervals; the high-temperature flue gas pipeline is installed, and the remaining cross beams at the position of + 21 m are supplemented; installing cross beams at intervals of + 24m; a low-temperature flue gas pipeline is installed; the rest cross beams and the rest cross beam rod pieces at the position of + 24m are supplemented; and after the two single trusses and the connecting rod pieces and the pipelines of the single trusses are installed, the whole single trusses are hoisted on the ground to form an assembled square support. According to the method, the installation time of the flue gas pipelines between the heat recovery coke oven inter-platforms and between the coke oven inter-platforms and the external pipe gallery truss and the truss of the flue gas pipelines is greatly saved, the construction period of modular installation is saved by 1/3 compared with that of a traditional installation method, the construction period of mechanical and manual installation is 1/4 of that of the traditional method, and meanwhile the high-altitude dangerous operation time is greatly shortened.
本发明是一种热回收焦炉管道桁架的模块化安装方法；包括将钢结构桁架底部两侧的两扇单品桁架在地面组装完成；吊装到+15m间台平台上就位；安装+16m标高桁架底部横梁；间隔安装+21m标高横梁；将高温烟气管道安装，补齐+21m处剩余横梁；间隔安装+24m处横梁；将低温烟气管道安装；补齐+24m处剩余横梁及其余横梁杆件；待两个单榀桁架及其连接杆件和管道安装完成后，整体吊装在地面组对好的方型支架。本方法对热回收焦炉间台之间以及焦炉间台到外部管廊桁架的烟气管道及其桁架安装时间有较大节约，模块化安装比传统安装方法工期节约1/3，机械和人工为传统方法的1/4，同时大幅减少高空危险作业时间。
