The invention provides a transmission mechanism of an electric mechanical lock. The transmission mechanism of the electric mechanical lock comprises a first rotating wheel and a rotating structure. The first rotating wheel has a concave portion provided in the center of the first rotating wheel, and two first convex portions separated from each other and protruding from side surfaces of the concave portion. The rotating structure is arranged in the concave part. The rotating structure comprises a rotating part and two elastic pieces. The rotating part is arranged in the concave part in a rotatable mode. The two elastic members are separated from each other and are connected with the rotating part, and each elastic member is provided with a second convex part close to the side surface of the concave part and is configured to interfere with each first convex part.
