By the adoption of the shutter, the problems that when a photovoltaic assembly is applied to a building, the dip angle is fixed, dust on the surface is difficult to clean, fault maintenance is difficult, and light is not transmitted can be solved, meanwhile, the function of a sunshade shutter blind is considered, and the perfect combination of multiple functions such as photovoltaic power generation, shutter sunshade and building lighting is achieved.
