The invention discloses a preparation method of a SiO2 aerogel composite material by using impurity-containing ethanol as a raw material, the impurity-containing ethanol generated by preparing the aerogel composite material is recycled for preparing the aerogel composite material again, and infinite cyclic utilization of the impurity-containing ethanol in aerogel production waste liquid is realized. The impurity-containing ethanol can be recycled only by adding a certain amount of neutralizing agent and then distilling at a certain temperature, so that a recycled ethanol solution with the ethanol content of 94-98% can be obtained for reuse. The step of preparing the aerogel composite material again comprises the following steps: mixing the recycled ethanol with a silicon source and water according to a certain proportion, adding a catalyst to prepare a gel solution, and using the recycled ethanol as a solvent in a hydrophobic link after impregnation, so that the purchase quantity and cost of the ethanol are greatly saved. And the prepared aerogel composite material has excellent heat insulation performance, meets RoHS instructions and REACH regulations, and has a flame retardant grade of 94-V0.
本发明公开了一种使用含杂质乙醇为原料的SiO2气凝胶复合材料的制备方法,将制备气凝胶复合材料产生的含杂质的乙醇进行回收用于再次制备气凝胶复合材料,实现了气凝胶生产废液含杂质乙醇的无限次循环利用。含杂质的乙醇回收只需要添加一定量的中和剂,再通过在一定温度下蒸馏,即可得到乙醇含量为94%~98%的回收乙醇溶液进行回用。再次制备气凝胶复合材料为:将回收的乙醇与硅源和水按一定比例混合后加入催化剂配置成凝胶胶液,浸胶后的疏水环节也使用回收的乙醇作为溶剂,大大节约了乙醇的采购量及成本。且制备的气凝胶复合材料具有优异的隔热性能,满足RoHS指令和REACH法规,阻燃等级达到94‑V0级。
