The desilting equipment is connected with the silt falling area of the cofferdam through a silt discharging pipe; the drainage vertical shaft is arranged in a silt falling area; the bottom of the drainage shaft is connected with a drainage culvert pipe, the drainage culvert pipe penetrates through the bottom of the cofferdam and then is connected with a stilling pool, and the stilling pool is connected with a drainage channel through the drainage culvert pipe. The mode of combining mechanical desilting and hydraulic desilting is adopted, it is guaranteed that the reservoir normally plays the water storage function, normal irrigation in the irrigation period is guaranteed, meanwhile, the silt falling area and the water drainage pipe are reasonably arranged, clear water obtained after sedimentation is naturally discharged into the reservoir area, water resource waste is effectively reduced, and the water resource utilization rate is increased. And the cleaned sludge can be used for preparing organic fertilizers, so that the soil is improved, waste is turned into wealth, and the desilting cost is reduced.
