Pile wall integrated construction method
The invention provides a pile-wall integrated construction method which comprises the following steps: construction preparation: making a construction scheme according to a field environment, determining hole-forming coordinates of a steel pipe pile according to a construction drawing and paying off, and determining whether a pile position conflicts with a current pipeline or not by combining point site field survey after paying off; manual hole forming is conducted, specifically, holes are formed through a concrete core drilling machine, and the hole diameter of the formed holes is equal to the pile diameter of the steel pipe pile; mechanical pile pressing is conducted, specifically, a small excavator is adopted for pile pressing; after pile pressing is completed, grouting is conducted in the steel pipe; excavating a foundation pit, hanging a net and shotcreting an anchor; newly building the retaining wall. According to the method, the steel pipe piles and the concrete wall are combined, in the whole process, cement grouting and net hanging and shotcrete anchoring are conducted through the micro steel pipe piles, the water stopping effect is achieved, meanwhile, the slope supporting effect is achieved, the slope stability requirement can be structurally met, and the situation that construction is difficult to conduct on site can be overcome. In addition, compared with a traditional supporting mode, supporting of the micro steel pipe piles does not involve the eigendemolition cost, and the economic cost is low.
本发明提供了一种桩墙一体化施工方法,包括:施工准备:按现场环境制定施工方案,根据施工图纸,放线确定钢管桩成孔坐标,并结合放线后的点位现场踏勘,明确桩位是否与现状管线有冲突;人工成孔:采用混凝土钻孔取芯机进行成孔,成孔孔径为钢管桩桩径;机械压桩:采用小型挖机压桩;灌注水泥砂浆:压桩完成后,向钢管内灌浆;基坑开挖、挂网喷锚;新建挡土墙。本发明通过对钢管桩和混凝土墙进行结合,整道工序通过微型钢管桩加上水泥注浆、挂网喷锚,在起到止水效果的同时,起到了边坡支护的效果,可在结构上满足边坡稳定性要求,可克服现场难以施工的情况。另外,相较于传统支护方式,采用微型钢管桩支护不涉及征拆成本,经济成本低。
