The invention provides a construction method of a concrete structure post-cast strip supporting structure. The construction method comprises the steps that all concrete constructional columns at the beam ends of the two sides of a post-cast strip are positioned on a bottom plate; a plurality of concrete constructional columns are arranged on the two sides of the end of the top plate main beam; the erecting and reinforcing process of beam end concrete constructional columns on the two sides of the post-cast strip and the erecting process of a structural beam plate formwork are conducted synchronously; when concrete on the two sides of the basement roof post-cast strip reaches the dismantling condition, formwork supports in the post-cast strip are dismantled at the same time; a top plate post-cast strip formwork support is erected for the second time, and after the post-cast strip concrete strength reaches 100% and the preset requirement is met, the top plate post-cast strip formwork support can be dismantled; and the concrete supporting columns on the two sides of the post-cast strip are chiseled away. According to the construction method, the influence of material deformation of a traditional steel pipe frame formwork supporting system and formwork material loss and replacement on stress of the cantilever beam plate is avoided, the turnover efficiency of supporting frame materials is improved, and high economic benefits are achieved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土结构后浇带支撑结构的施工方法,包括:在底板上对后浇带两侧梁端的各根混凝土构造柱进行定位;在顶板主梁端部两侧设置多根混凝土构造柱;后浇带两侧梁端混凝土构造柱的搭设与加固与结构梁板模板搭设过程同步进行;待地下室顶板后浇带两侧混凝土达到拆除条件时将后浇带内模板支撑同时拆除;二次支设顶板后浇带模板支撑,并在后浇带混凝土强度达到100%以后并满足预设要求后,方可进行顶板后浇带模板支撑的拆除;将后浇带两侧混凝土支撑柱进行凿除。本发明的施工方法,不仅避免了传统钢管架模板支撑体系的材料变形,模板材料损耗更换对悬臂梁板受力的影响,而且提高了支撑架材料的周转效率,有较高的经济效益。
