The invention discloses a post-cast strip concrete PVC formwork supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The post-cast strip concrete PVC formwork supporting structure comprises a supporting pipe, a concrete vertical rod, a top formwork, an isolation piece and two connecting pieces. The top formwork is used for supporting pouring concrete of a basement top plate, the upper end and the lower end of the supporting pipe are connected with a basement bottom plate and the top formwork through connecting pieces respectively, the concrete vertical rod is formed in the supporting pipe in a pouring mode, and the supporting pipe and the concrete vertical rod are combined to form a constructional column. The isolation piece is located between the basement top plate and the constructional column. Compared with a traditional steel pipe scaffold supporting construction method, the basement roof is supported through the constructional columns poured together with the basement roof, then the constructional columns are dismantled, the steel pipe leasing period is shortened, the steel pipe leasing cost is greatly reduced, basement construction is facilitated, and the labor intensity is reduced.
