The invention discloses a novel underwater furrowing rake head device and an underwater furrowing machine with the same, the novel underwater furrowing rake head device comprises a suction jet flow assembly, the suction jet flow assembly comprises a rigid cross beam, one end of the rigid cross beam is provided with a fixed clamping seat, the lower side of the rigid cross beam is connected with a plurality of modularized jet flow nozzle parts with standard sizes, and the lower side of the rigid cross beam is provided with a suction nozzle; the jet nozzle part comprises a muddy water suction pipe hole, and the muddy water suction pipe hole is formed in the center of the body; the high-pressure water jet pipe hole is formed in the lower end of the body; the inclined surface is arranged on one side of the lower end of the body, and a plurality of nozzle holes are formed in the inclined surface; and the rake head assembly is rotationally connected to one end of the suction jet flow assembly. By means of the arrangement, the suction jet flow assembly is simple in structure, meanwhile, the rake head assembly can achieve adjustment of the corresponding angle, and therefore the whole device is more in use scene, adjustable in excavation depth and more convenient to construct.
