Prefabricated reinforced concrete balancing weight, pouring mold and production process
The invention belongs to design, production and manufacturing of counterweight structures for loaders, and particularly relates to a prefabricated reinforced concrete counterweight block, a pouring mold and a production process, and the counterweight block is mainly composed of filling concrete, a built-in reinforcement cage and an embedded part; the embedded parts are embedded in the corners of the balancing weight; the pouring mold is mainly composed of a mold plate, a bottom mold, side molds and side mold supporting sliding rods. The bottom die is installed on a table top of the die plate, the bottom ends of the side die and the side die supporting sliding rod are hinged to the table top of the die plate, and the top end of the side die supporting sliding rod is connected to the side die in a hinged mode. The production process comprises the following steps: sequentially performing pouring and vibrating, maintenance with a mold, demolding and hoisting, and installation and mold closing of a reinforcement cage on a pouring mold of the reinforced concrete balancing weight through a circulation line, and performing assembly line type circulating production. According to the balancing weight structure, the pouring mold and the production process, the manufacturing cost of an existing balancing weight structure can be greatly reduced, and meanwhile the production efficiency of a balancing weight can be further improved.
本发明属于装载机用的配重结构的设计、生产和制造,具体为一种预制钢筋混凝土配重块及浇筑模具、生产工艺,配重块主要由填充混凝土、内置的钢筋笼和埋件组成;所述埋件埋设在配重块的边角上;浇筑模具主要由模板、底模、侧模和侧模支撑滑杆组成;所述底模安装在模板的台面上,所述侧模和侧模支撑滑杆的底端均通过铰接在模板的台面上,所述侧模支撑滑杆的顶端通过铰接方式连接在侧模上;生产工艺为钢筋混凝土配重块的浇筑模具经流转线依次进行浇筑振捣、带模养护、脱模起吊、钢筋笼安装合模步骤,进行流水线式循环生产。本发明提供的配重块结构、浇筑模具和生产工艺可以大幅降低现有配重结构的制造成本,同时能进一步提高配重的生产效率。
