A second steel bar group is embedded in the cast-in-place concrete layer; the first steel bar group extends out of the end part of the steel bar outside the prefabricated bottom plate and is connected with the second steel bar group; a third steel bar set is embedded in the fabricated concrete column, and the second steel bar set is connected with the third steel bar set. Steel bars do not extend out of the periphery of the prefabricated bottom plate, and field installation is very convenient.
