The invention discloses a prefabricated building column, beam and plate structure. The prefabricated building column, beam and plate structure comprises columns, main beams, a secondary beam and a plate main body. The surfaces of the two ends of each column are provided with column center reserved holes. Shear bars are arranged in the column center reserved holes. The surfaces of the two ends of each column are fixedly connected with corbels at the four corners. The outer sides of the outer sides of each column are both provided with column wedge grooves. The middle portions of the surfaces ofthe two sides of each main beam are both fixedly connected with main beam outer edges. Beam pre-embedded connecting steel bars are arranged in the positions, located on the outer surfaces of the topends of the main beam outer edges, of the two sides of the main beams.
