The invention relates to an expansion joint displacement adjusting method which is characterized in that a triplet comb plate design is adopted, fixed tooth plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides and connected with beam bodies, a comb-shaped cover plate arranged in the middle is installed on an L-shaped assembly groove, and the assembly groove and the beam bodies on the two sides are poured into a whole through concrete. When a bridge structure displaces, the comb-tooth-shaped cover plate in the middle keeps still, the fixed toothed plates on the two sides displace along with a bridge body, the shearing supports in the L-shaped notches can solve the problem of multi-directional displacement of the bridge structure, meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that gaps between the toothed plates on the two sides change evenly, and bolt loosening caused by single-side fixing of the movable toothed plates can be solved in a targeted mode; and the toothed plate is fractured. The design of the L-shaped assembling groove can greatly shorten the construction time of the expansion joint and improve the construction progress. The middle comb-tooth-shaped cover plate can be opened from the upper portion on the premise that concrete is not damaged, and the supports in the L-shaped assembling grooves can be rapidly replaced.
本发明涉及一种伸缩缝位移调整方法,采用三联式梳齿板设计,两侧对称设置固定齿板并与梁体连接,中间设置的梳齿型盖板安装在L型装配槽上,装配槽与两侧梁体通过混凝土浇筑为一体。桥梁结构发生位移时,中间梳齿型盖板保持不动,两侧固定齿板随梁体发生位移,L型槽口内的剪切支座既可解决桥梁结构多向变位问题,同时可保证两侧齿板间缝隙变化均匀可以针对性解决活动齿板单侧固定引起的螺栓松动,齿板断裂的问题。L型装配槽的设计可大幅度缩减伸缩缝施工时间,提高施工进度。中间梳齿型盖板可在不破坏混凝土的前提下从上部打开,可以对L型装配槽内支座进行快速更换。
