The invention provides a high pier or cable bent tower beam construction platform and a construction method.The construction platform comprises two pre-buried bracket assemblies and a K-shaped support, and the two pre-buried bracket assemblies are used for being arranged on high piers or cable bent towers at the two ends of a beam to be constructed correspondingly; each pre-embedded bracket assembly comprises a first pre-embedded bracket and a second pre-embedded bracket arranged above the first pre-embedded bracket, the K-shaped support comprises a transverse rod, two inclined rods and a plurality of reinforcing rods, the two opposite ends of the transverse rod are supported on the second pre-embedded brackets through unloading beams respectively, the unloading beams are fixed to the second pre-embedded brackets, and the reinforcing rods are fixed to the transverse rod. The unloading beam extends in the longitudinal bridge direction, and at least one end of the unloading beam extends out of the high pier or the cable bent tower. The two inclined rods are arranged at the two opposite ends of the transverse rod correspondingly, one ends of the two inclined rods are fixed to the transverse rod, and the other ends of the two inclined rods extend towards the two opposite ends of the transverse rod correspondingly and are fixed to the first embedded brackets of the two embedded bracket assemblies correspondingly.
