According to the technical scheme, wind energy is directly used for resisting waves, renewable energy sources are used, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, the wind energy utilization rate is increased, wind power utilization is stable, cost is low, and the device adapts to water waves of different intensities and different wave resisting positions.
