The invention discloses a telescopic reinforcement cage structure, construction equipment and a construction method. The telescopic reinforcement cage structure comprises a plurality of annular reinforcements and vertical connecting pieces, every two adjacent annular steel bars are connected through the multiple sets of vertical connecting pieces. The vertical connecting piece comprises two hinge rods; the ends, close to each other, of the two hinge rods are hinged to each other, and the ends, away from each other, of the two hinge rods are connected with the two adjacent annular steel bars correspondingly. When the two annular steel bars are folded and contracted along the sides close to each other, the ends, hinged to each other, of the two hinge rods move in the center line direction of the annular steel bars. Through cooperative use of the devices, the reinforcement cage is contracted to be of a compact structure, the construction target that the reinforcement cage is put into a pile hole and unfolded in a limited space can be completed through designed construction equipment, and compared with a mode of manufacturing the reinforcement cage in a segmented mode in the prior art, the telescopic reinforcement cage has the advantages that the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The pile foundation forming quality is more reliable, and construction is more standard.
