The invention relates to a foundation pit dewatering construction method for an ultra-deep foundation pit in sandy soil. The method comprises the steps that well points are measured and positioned; digging a wellhead, and installing a pile casing; drilling in place; drilling holes; backfilling a well bottom sand cushion layer; hoisting a well pipe; backfilling the grit filter layer between the well casing and the hole wall; washing the well; a water pump and a water pumping control circuit are arranged in the well pipe; testing water pumping; the dewatering well works normally; covering a well lid; cleaning a construction site; rainfall management; the precipitation task is completed; and sealing the well. The foundation pit supporting system combining the supporting system and well point dewatering is more obvious in dewatering effect, and the repair cost caused by the poor water locking effect of the waterproof curtain in the later period can be effectively reduced. Due to the fact that the waterproof curtain does not need to be constructed, only the dewatering well needs to be constructed, the construction period can be effectively shortened, a long-arm spiral drilling machine needed by the waterproof curtain jet grouting pile does not need to enter a site, mechanical cost generated when machines enter the site is reduced, and cost is reduced.
