The invention relates to a construction method of a permeable immersed tube foundation structure, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, quickly drilling a pile foundation with the depth of not less than 6m in mid-weathered rock by adopting a down-the-hole hammer hole-forming process, then pouring a leveling cushion layer at the bottom of a sheet wall and a large-volume concrete cushion layer, and finally, pouring a permeable sheet wall section by section and forming a permeable channel. The down-the-hole hammer is adopted to rapidly enter the rock to form the hole, and the pile foundation construction efficiency is improved; the cast-in-place sheet wall and the large-volume concrete cushion layer are constructed by adopting an assembled steel template, so that the steel template can be turned over and universally used, the template is quickly erected and disassembled, and the solid quality is guaranteed; a layered and striped pouring method is adopted for the large-volume concrete cushion layer, and the slope of the top face of the large-volume concrete is accurately controlled. The construction operability is high, the construction efficiency is high, and favorable conditions are created for shortening the construction period.
本发明是一种透水式沉管基础结构施工方法,首先采用潜孔锤成孔工艺将入中风化岩深度不小于6m的桩基快速完成钻孔,然后浇筑片墙底部找平垫层以及大体积砼混凝土垫层,最后逐段完成透水片墙浇筑并形成透水通道。本发明采用潜孔锤快速入岩成孔,提高桩基施工效率;现浇片墙及大体积的混凝土垫层采用拼装式钢模板施工,实现钢模板周转通用,模板支拆快捷且实体质量有保证;大体积的混凝土垫层采用分层分条浇筑方法,实现准确控制大体积混凝土顶面坡度。本发明施工可操作性强且施工效率高,为缩短施工周期创造有利条件。
