Expanded strip-shaped foundation-steel pipe pile-distribution beam-bearing beam systems are arranged on the two sides of an abutment, an assembled temporary support is arranged between the systems, a hanging basket is arranged on the assembled temporary support, a sliding unit is arranged between the assembled temporary support and the hanging basket, and a construction platform is arranged on one side of the hanging basket; the construction method comprises the following main construction steps: enlarging foundation construction; cross bridging installation between the steel pipe piles; assembling and installing a temporary bracket; mounting a sliding rail; mounting a sliding system; mounting a construction platform; and the hanging basket slides. The method has the advantages that the self-weight is borne through the rigidity of the cross beams, the splicing platforms are only arranged at the positions of the main longitudinal beams, the number of the splicing platforms is reasonably reduced, construction materials can be effectively saved, the construction cost is saved, and good comprehensive benefits are achieved.
