The double-steel-plate concrete structure comprises a steel skeleton and concrete filled in the steel skeleton, wherein the steel skeleton comprises two layers of steel plates and a reinforced steel structure welded between the two layers of steel plates; the reinforced steel structure comprises a plurality of reinforced layers which are arranged layer by layer; the reinforcing layer is composed of a plurality of reinforcing units; each reinforcing unit is composed of two steel cells; the steel cell has a pyramid lattice structure; the two steel cells with the pyramid lattice structures in one reinforcing unit share one vertex, and the two steel cells with the pyramid lattice structures are arranged at an angle of 180 degrees. According to the double-steel-plate concrete structure, the two steel cells with the pyramid lattice structures serve as reinforcing units, and the strength, stability, impact resistance and explosion resistance of the double-steel-plate concrete structure are improved.
