Outer-wrapped ECC double-steel-plate concrete mixed structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building structure engineering, in particular to an externally-wrapped ECC double-steel-plate concrete mixed structure and a construction method thereof, and the externally-wrapped ECC double-steel-plate concrete mixed structure comprises a double-steel-plate concrete layer and an externally-wrapped ECC layer; the double-steel-plate concrete layer comprises a first steel plate, a second steel plate and concrete located between the first steel plate and the second steel plate. A split bolt is arranged between the first steel plate and the second steel plate; the outsourcing ECC layer includes a first outsourcing ECC layer and a second outsourcing ECC layer. The advantages of a double-steel-plate concrete structure and the characteristics of an ECC material are combined to achieve the advantages of being high in structure bearing capacity, high in anti-disaster capacity and good in ductility and durability. The outer ECC layer can well absorb impact energy, and the double-steel-plate concrete structure is effectively prevented from generating brittle failure under the impact effect, so that the structure has excellent impact resistance and ductility; and meanwhile, good fireproof and corrosion-resistant protection is provided for the steel plate by the outer ECC layer.
