The invention provides a ceramic heating element which comprises a porous matrix and multiple heat conduction layers arranged in the porous matrix, the multiple heat conduction layers are vertically stacked in the porous matrix, each heat conduction layer comprises multiple aluminum nitride microspheres, and the aluminum nitride microspheres in every two vertically adjacent heat conduction layers make contact with each other. The ceramic heating body provided by the invention has a high heat conductivity coefficient and a good oil and gas guide effect, the temperature uniformity and the atomization efficiency are improved, and thus the atomization effect is improved. The invention further provides a preparation method of the ceramic heating body and an electronic cigarette atomizer.
