本发明公开了一种新型预应力内连接混凝土预制桩及其施工工艺,包括桩本体,桩本体两端设有内连接腔体,内连接腔体内固定安装有内腔预埋件,内腔预埋件内设有呈中空设置的内连接件,内连接件与内腔预埋件之间、内连接件内均填充有混凝土层及粘胶,腔体埋件一端底板连接有注浆管,另一端腔体埋件底板均开有排浆孔,桩本体上设有同时穿过内腔预埋件和内连接件的锚轴。本发明所述预制桩取消包箍和包箍加固筋,使桩端混凝土与桩身混凝土均质性一致,内接桩端部的内连接腔体和内连接体在桩接头处呈同心双钢管设置,使预制桩的抗弯、抗剪性能大幅提高,特别对基坑支护中的排桩尤为适用,本发明采用多点螺栓锚固,提高内接桩的抗拔力。
