The ladder capable of being flexibly adjusted comprises an adjusting module, the adjusting module comprises a connecting assembly, a penetrating assembly and a traction assembly, the connecting assembly is movably connected with the penetrating assembly and the traction assembly, and the traction assembly is movably connected with a first positioning assembly through a linkage assembly; a fixed ladder; and a movable telescopic member. The connecting device capable of flexibly rotating is arranged and used for connecting the auxiliary telescopic assembly, so that the auxiliary telescopic assembly can freely rotate, the ladder can be flexibly used, a worker can stretch out and draw back the using length of one end of the ladder according to the actual using condition, and therefore the ladder can cope with the complex using environment; the auxiliary telescopic assembly at one end of the ladder can be wrenched, so that the distance between the two supporting ends of the ladder is changed, and different erecting conditions can be met conveniently.
