A Z-shaped sealing gasket is arranged between each outer circumferential combination block and the corresponding inner circumferential combination block which are adjacent in the circumferential direction, axial combination blocks are symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side of each steel annular sheet, axial combination grooves are symmetrically formed in the other side of each steel annular sheet, and a sealing ring is arranged between every two steel corrugated sheets which are adjacent in the axial direction.
