Concrete internal curing micro-ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete internal curing micro-ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The internal curing micro-ceramsite comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of glass powder, 40-70 parts of sinking beads, 10-20 parts of silica fume, 1-2 parts of a foaming agent and 1-2 parts of a reinforcing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete internal curing micro-ceramsite, which comprises the following steps: stirring the raw materials of glass powder, sinking beads and silica fume to prepare slurry, adding a foaming agent and a reinforcing agent, carrying out shear foaming, preparing a micro-ceramsite blank by a spray drying method, and sintering by a stacking sintering method to obtain the concrete internal curing micro-ceramsite. The internal curing micro-ceramsite is small in particle size, provided with holes in the surface and controllable in hole structure. The micro-ceramsite prepared by the method has the advantages of small particle size, controllable size, high water absorption, high strength and the like, and the method is suitable for various material systems.
