The invention relates to the field of coating materials, and particularly discloses a lining coating material of a nodular cast iron pipe for conveying drinking water. The lining coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-75 parts of sand, 1-5 parts of titanate coupling agent modified montmorillonite, 1-30 parts of Portland cement, 1-30 parts of superfine slag powder and 0.1-1 part of water, wherein the portland cement is selected from the type P.I 52.5. The lining coating is coated on the inner wall of the pipeline to form a protective film, so that the corrosion resistance of the pipeline on the inner wall is improved, the content of fluorine and hexavalent chromium ions dissolved out in the drinking water conveying process of a traditional lining coating is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the lining strength, and the water quality sanitation performance is improved. The preparation method of the cement lining coating is simple in technology, convenient to produce and stable in use performance.
本发明涉及涂层材料领域,具体公开一种输送饮用水用球墨铸铁管的内衬涂层材料。该内衬涂层包括质量分数如下组分:砂子5‑75份,钛酸酯偶联剂改性蒙脱土1‑5份,硅酸盐水泥1‑30份,矿渣微粉1‑30份和水0.1‑1份;其中,所述硅酸盐水泥选用牌号P.I 52.5型。该内衬涂层涂覆在管道内壁上可形成一层防护膜,提升内壁管道的防腐性能,且在保证了内衬强度的前提下,有效降低了传统内衬涂层在输送饮用水过程中溶出的氟元素以及六价铬离子含量,提高了水质卫生性能。该水泥内衬涂层制备方法技术简单,生产方便,使用性能稳定。
