The main line double-sleeper tamping device comprises a support, a first excitation device, a second excitation device, a third excitation device and a fourth excitation device, and an upper bearing mounting hole and a lower bearing mounting hole are formed in a rack; a first eccentric shaft of the first vibration excitation device and a second eccentric shaft of the second vibration excitation device are hinged to an upper bearing mounting hole through an upper bearing; a third eccentric shaft of the third vibration excitation device and a fourth eccentric shaft of the fourth vibration excitation device are hinged to a lower bearing mounting hole through a lower bearing; the first eccentric shaft and the second eccentric shaft are two independent eccentric shafts or an integrated eccentric shaft; the third eccentric shaft and the fourth eccentric shaft are two independent eccentric shafts or an integrated eccentric shaft. By arranging the at least two eccentric shafts, compared with a single eccentric shaft, loads of the eccentric shafts and the bearings can be effectively reduced, the service life of the eccentric shafts is further prolonged, maintenance is convenient, and the maintenance cost is further reduced.
