The invention relates to a folding floating block which comprises a center assembly, a top plate assembly and a protection assembly. The top plate assembly comprises a plurality of top plate units evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the center assembly, the top plate units are movably connected with the center assembly and can move to a first position and a second position, and when the top plate units are located at the first position, the top plate units form a first annular structure; the first annular structure and the top end of the center assembly are arranged in a coplanar mode and form a supporting face, when the top plate units are located at the second position, the top plate units form a second annular structure, and the outer diameter of the second annular structure is smaller than that of the first annular structure; the protection assembly comprises a plurality of protection units evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the center assembly, and the multiple protection units correspond to the multiple top plate units one to one and are connected with the sides, away from the center assembly, of the corresponding top plate units. The problems that an existing floating block is fixed in size and large in size, so that the erecting and withdrawing speed is low, and transportation is inconvenient are solved.
