The method comprises the following steps that S1, a box girder section at the upper end of a pier is poured; S2, a hanging basket is installed; S3, a next box girder section is poured; in the step S4, a vacuum-assisted grouting process is adopted to conduct grouting on the prestressed pipeline, and the vacuum-assisted grouting process comprises the steps that firstly, a vacuum pump is adopted to suck air in the prestressed pipeline at a grout outlet of the prestressed pipeline, so that the vacuum degree in the prestressed pipeline reaches-0.06 MPa to 0.1 MPa; and then pressing the cement paste into the pipeline at a mud jacking opening of the prestressed pipeline by using a mud jacking pump under the positive pressure of 0.5-0.7 MPa. The prestressed pipeline grouting device has the effect of improving the prestressed pipeline grouting quality.
