One end of the profile steel part is connected with the seabed, the other end of the profile steel part is connected with the antifouling curtain, the antifouling curtain is dragged while the installation position of the antifouling curtain is determined, the water flow impact force borne by the antifouling curtain can be effectively dispersed through the profile steel part, and the profile steel part is matched with the limiting part; according to the anti-fouling curtain, force borne by the anti-fouling curtain can be effectively distributed to the profile steel parts and the limiting parts, the stability of the anti-fouling curtain is improved, and the situation that the anti-fouling curtain is displaced after being impacted is avoided.
