Preparing wall-fixing slurry; measuring and setting out, and constructing a guide wall; pre-filling thick slurry into a backfill layer; forming holes and grooves; cleaning holes and changing slurry; grouting pipes are buried, and guide pipes are poured; and pouring plastic concrete. The backfill layer is pretreated, namely thick slurry is pre-poured, so that the diaphragm wall process can be more efficiently and stably implemented in water and electricity projects under complex conditions, the grooving guarantee rate is greatly improved, and the additional labor, machine and time cost caused by adverse factors such as frequent hole collapse during grooving and incapability of returning slag due to leakage of wall fixing slurry of the strong leakage backfill layer is avoided. And the diaphragm wall slotted hole uses positive electricity glue as a tackifier to prepare bentonite slurry, so that the wall fixing effect is improved.
