The upper foundation pit-lower tunnel combined construction structure in the saturated soft loess stratum comprises a foundation pit, the bottom of the foundation pit communicates with a tunnel through a vertical shaft, and a geogrid is arranged above the bottom of the foundation pit; steel sheet piles, in-pit dewatering wells, cast-in-place piles, jet grouting pile waterproof curtains and out-pit dewatering wells are arranged on the outer side of the foundation pit from inside to outside. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing cast-in-place piles and jet grouting piles on a site, intercepting underground water outside a foundation pit, driving a dewatering well outside the foundation pit at the periphery of a waterproof curtain for dewatering outside the foundation pit, excavating the foundation pit in a grading manner after dewatering outside the foundation pit, driving steel sheet piles for supporting after excavation of a section I, and driving the dewatering well for dewatering inside the foundation pit; the section II is excavated to the preset depth, the geogrid is reinforced at the bottom of the foundation pit, a vertical shaft is excavated in the foundation pit to the same depth of the tunnel below, a transverse channel is excavated in a tunnel body to the interior of the tunnel, and excavation supporting is conducted; the deformation of the tunnel section is effectively controlled, the influence on the foundation pit is reduced, the construction safety is ensured, and the mutual influence between the foundation pit and the tunnel is reduced.
一种饱和软黄土地层中上基坑‑下隧道联合施工结构及施工方法,结构包括基坑,基坑底部通过竖井与隧道连通,基坑底部上方设有土工格栅;基坑外侧由内向外设有钢板桩、坑内降水井、灌注桩、旋喷桩止水帷幕及坑外降水井;先在场地灌注桩以及旋喷桩施工,拦截基坑外部地下水,在止水帷幕外围打入坑外降水井进行坑外降水,坑外降水完成后分级开挖基坑,Ⅰ段开挖完成后打入钢板桩进行支护,打入降水井进行基坑内部降水;开挖Ⅱ段至预定深度,土工格栅在基坑底部加固,在基坑内部开挖竖井至下方隧道同一深度,向隧道洞身开挖横通道至隧道内部,并进行开挖支护;有效控制隧道断面的变形,减少对基坑影响,进而保证施工安全,降低基坑和隧道相互之间影响。
